Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Baseball Bats Will Never Be The Same
One of the things that "Boat Trip" isn't is high level humour of a stimulating kind. However, if some light and crude humour buzzes you, then "Boat Trip" may be just the thing you are looking for.

Two guys both have differing love issues, (one gets dumped for a car detailer and the other just hasn't gotten past 1st base except with a 51-year-old with a fake leg). As a solution, they book a cruise, but the vindictive travel agent books them both on a gay cruise in revenge for their argument with his boyfriend.

The marriage between romance "feel good" and crude sexual innuendo just doesn't work as well in "Boat Trip" as it has with other movies. The plot certainly has a lot of potential, but that seemed rather unrealised in many ways.

Being of simple humour, I enjoyed a lot of the antics of Cuba Gooding Jr and Horatio Sanz as they both solved their problems in their own unique ways. The movie particularly showed Gooding's versatilty in his ability to play a fairly light role, as well as the more serious ones in other movies.

"Boat Trip" is certainly not up there with other trip oriented movies, but is good for a chuckle. That is, if sexual humour is what you like. If not, pass on this one.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I wouldn't pretend that I'm gay just to win some woman like she's important
These two guys got on the wrong cruse ship by mistake. They thought they were going on a cruse ship filled with lesbian's but it's the opposite it's filled with gays. This black man fell in love with this latin woman who is on the gay ship but she's more attracted to gay guys so he pretends that he's gay just to win her over. Of course I wouldn't go through that cause women are not everything.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Laugh Out Loud
This DVD is a lol movie that will keep you cracking up one moment after another. You will not be sorry if you get this DVD. If it is your time to laugh get this DVD.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Don't mess with?
Boat Trip, the comedy movie,is the story of two guys who want to have fun and meet girls on their cruise trip ,but they make a huge mistake when they go to buy the tickets, they argue with the man who is a ticket agency.

So he,the ticket agency, persecutes them by give them another trip's tickets that is a gay cruise trip.At first, they do not know that they are on a gay cruise, but afterwards they know. They have to stay with gays through the trip.

The movie tries to joke with how gays flirt and how they act,and it works. That is not the way to despise gays but to play with them.It also shows anyone can be friends ,despite they are gays or not.

I recommend that people who want to relax and have fun should see this movie because it has nothing to make you stress.
So,I would like to rate 4 from 5 for this movie.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Its a good movie for anyone with a sense of humor.
Geez I cant believe some of you people. Whah! Boo Hoo! This offended me. So it made fun of gays. Most other comedies make fun of the general population. A million movies make fun of you everyday run of the mill Joe Schmoe and its not offensive. So why cant you people just loosen up a bit, stop crying and take the movie for face value and stop reading too much into it. No I am not a racist and no I do not hate people who live alternate lifestyles but you people screaming this offends me and that offends me is what is wrong with this country today. Life in general is not fair to every single human on earth at one time or another so get over it already and stop making it more miserable for the ones who dont gripe and complain all the time. Its a movie and a good one if you can allow yourself to watch a movie while taking it with a grain of salt.

The economic crisis gives IT managers a chance to take advantage of what might be a once-in-a-career buyer's market. Here's how to make sure you don't miss out.

Amazon.com is offering a so-called Black Friday special on Eye-Fi Share:
The 2 GB Wi-Fi-enabled Secure Digital card normally runs $90; it's $65 while the sale lasts.

Given that Eye-Fi introduced a limited-time-only 4 GB "Anniversary" model that replaced the 2 GB Share version in its current line-up, and that the Anniversary model was $130 list but $100 for Costco members, it's pretty clear that the 2 GB won't re-appear, the 4 GB model will drop in price, and Amazon's acting as a clearance center.

The Eye-Fi Share lets you upload pictures over a local network to a designated computer, or upload via a Wi-Fi network for which the Eye-Fi is configured to connect over the Internet to Eye-Fi's servers, and from there to a specified photo-sharing, social-network, or photo-printing service.

I'm a fan of the Eye-Fi, although I favor the currently $130 Explore model (see my review), which comes with geotagging (via Skyhook Wireless) and adds a year of included uploading via Wayport locations (now part of AT&T).

With energy conservation and easy eco-friendliness on just about everybody's agenda these days, one of the most popular concepts is the “Smart Home,” a living environment that knows just how much power you actually need to be comfortable and gives you not a drop more. Nokia's hopping on that wagon with its new Nokia Home Control Center, a Linux-based platform that will control your house's resources via your mobile phone.

According to Nokia, the NHCC will allow third-party developers to create services that are added onto the accessibility platform. That way, you'll rarely come across an incident where some new smart home tech you bought doesn't actually work with your main controller. NHCC works with Z-Wave, ZigBee and KNX, three of the most common command languages for home networks. It will be launched some time in 2009. [Nokia via Treehugger]
