Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Bones has it all!
Bones by far has got to be one of my favorite shows of all times. I have the first 2 seasons and every so often I have a 'Bones-a-thon' where I watch every episode from the first season to the end of the second!

Who would have known that it was Zach that was the apprentis? The Halloween episode was the craziest, especially seeing Booth dressed up like a squint (looked more like a nerdy geek). It just cracked me up in that episode.

Let's just hope they keep Bones around for a very long time.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Bones is just like wine, gets better with age
Most of the series start with a bang and then weather away. Not this one. Season 3 is the best season of bones so far. Although it's a criminal investigation episodes filled with horrifying-hideous-stomach-turning corpses, the relationships and friendship twists between the characters will make you forget it to the point that the murder itself becomes a side-kick.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - How come Such a Late Release?
We don't get Fox up here in 600 miles north of anywhere USA. And so we rely on the DVD releases at the end of each years run. So we wait for Season 3. Yes I can sneak a peak on line but as my husband said...we should just wait to buy it so we can all watch it together. I agree but why in a non-full 24 episode year due to writers strike would they hold it up until late Nov for release? If this was a rating for those guys it would rate no stars and so I'm careful not to bash the series which finally after episode 6 season one got some bones to it and character development took off in a great way. Just kids at heart I suppose but how disappointing on many levels....including we needed this to relieve stress and avoid the Nightly-News-Media bore on the elections...which are over even before the release date of Season 3. And does the Media think most of us hasn't made up our minds who to vote for?..... By the way do yourself and everyone in the USA a favor and take your life as an American Citizen back by never but never answering a political pole again. If we all did this as one huge conspiracy act of patriotism.....it would drive the News-Media crazy. Ever ask the pollsters when they disturb your evening how many people said before you they don't participate in Poles. Thanx but no thanx does the trick every time. Always be nice to the pollster it's not his or her fault they just needed the money:)))) I'm on a campaign yes....let Americans decide their own elections without media interference....lets all stand together on this.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Television
This season was insane. The whole Gormagon ploit kept me amped for the next week and having the guy no one expected to go "bad" althought he didn't see it that way was nuts. Great season, can't wait for the DVD if not for the episodes just for the picture on the cover!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - One of the best on screen chemistries
I didn't think it possible that another TV show would create another relationship with so much chemistry as the one Mulder and Scully shared. This is the kind of relationship where two people are perfect together in every single way, they fight for each other, the save each other and you know, deep down, that they belong together. Oh, and the sexual tension is so obvious everyone knows about it! And even though you live for the glances, for the touch of the hand, for a single kiss (The Santa in the Slush), you are still hesitant to see them romantically together. You don't want to mess up a perfect thing.

Season 3 sees a lot of changes, the Gormogon storyline; Brennan's father, Max, finally goes to trial, Both and Brennan go through some very interesting psych therapy, Jack and Angela look to find the name of her husband and the team experiences loss. Although short (15 episodes), the season was quite good, with tons of surprises, chaos, and plenty interesting cases. Great season.

This season really delves into the Booth and Brennan relationship starting with Brennan's antagonistic feelings against Booth and her reluctance to go into the field or work with him directly. This is all a result of the events of Bones Second Season. Things gets solved and their relationship is fixed; just in time to solve the next case. This is a great crime-solving duo that works great together.

Amazon.com is offering a so-called Black Friday special on Eye-Fi Share:
The 2 GB Wi-Fi-enabled Secure Digital card normally runs $90; it's $65 while the sale lasts.

Given that Eye-Fi introduced a limited-time-only 4 GB "Anniversary" model that replaced the 2 GB Share version in its current line-up, and that the Anniversary model was $130 list but $100 for Costco members, it's pretty clear that the 2 GB won't re-appear, the 4 GB model will drop in price, and Amazon's acting as a clearance center.

The Eye-Fi Share lets you upload pictures over a local network to a designated computer, or upload via a Wi-Fi network for which the Eye-Fi is configured to connect over the Internet to Eye-Fi's servers, and from there to a specified photo-sharing, social-network, or photo-printing service.

I'm a fan of the Eye-Fi, although I favor the currently $130 Explore model (see my review), which comes with geotagging (via Skyhook Wireless) and adds a year of included uploading via Wayport locations (now part of AT&T).

With energy conservation and easy eco-friendliness on just about everybody's agenda these days, one of the most popular concepts is the “Smart Home,” a living environment that knows just how much power you actually need to be comfortable and gives you not a drop more. Nokia's hopping on that wagon with its new Nokia Home Control Center, a Linux-based platform that will control your house's resources via your mobile phone.

According to Nokia, the NHCC will allow third-party developers to create services that are added onto the accessibility platform. That way, you'll rarely come across an incident where some new smart home tech you bought doesn't actually work with your main controller. NHCC works with Z-Wave, ZigBee and KNX, three of the most common command languages for home networks. It will be launched some time in 2009. [Nokia via Treehugger]
