Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Everything Attack of The Clones should have been. Then animated.
I personally think Attack of the Clones was the weakest of the Star Wars saga. The Clone Wars picks up right where it left off, and it's an experience more like A New Hope than Attack of The Clones. Why do I love this? It's fast paced, easy to get into, and doesn't drag on for hours about Anakin and Padme's love story ( when the camera moves to them in the films, TIME STOPS). The voice acting is pretty good, better than I expected and the plots work just fine for the little mini episodes.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Clone Wars Glory!
I deducted 1 star because these episodes are too brief. They're over in a flash. But just watch 'em back to back and its cool. (And I say that as an avid Adult Swim fan.) But, it's not THAT much of a problem because Clone Wars ROCKS. This here is Star Wars at it's most glorious.

What a shame that the films seldom got this good. And what I'm talking about here is the action and drama that the Star Wars galaxy can really be about when a worthy team is in charge of brining it to life. And I sure dig the style of animation. If future Star Wars stories are told this well, then I guess I'll be into Star Wars for years to come. If we get more prequel level stuff, forget about it.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Star Wars 2.5 the back story of episode 3 Part 1
This is a two volume cartoon series that was aired on cartoon network before the release of episode III The Revenge of the Sith. This should be fine for ages 7 and up due to mild amounts of sci-fi violence and thematic elements. This is the first half of the events that took place after the end of episode two and before the beginning of episode three which is about three years after episode II was resolved. If my sources are correct. The Clone wars rage on in this first animated volume. Filled with enough mild animated action to rival that of Return of the Jedi. If you love Star Wars you will enjoy this. This volume goes from the beginning of Anakin sky being pronounced a General of one of the clone armies to the first brief battle and introduction of the cyborg warrior general Grievous who was trained in the Jedi arts by the sinister Count Doku. The Clone Wars are spreading across the galaxy is up to the Army of the Republic to restore the peace. Will they succeed in there epic quest. If you were curious about how the events leading up to episode three unfolded these two DVDs may answer your burning questions. Can the Jedia succeed will Anakin Skywalker win his first test of strength and his skill of the force.Sent at him in the form of a bald sith sent by the evil dark Sidious the Lord of the Sith. Will the war end and the Jedi be victorious? And what diabolical plans due the Sith have in mind next? To find out the answer see the Clone Wars Volume II and Star Wars episode III for all the answers.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - star wars never gets OLD!
Great DVD. This isn't one of those star wars screw-ups that makes the saga look bad like many stupid and randomized series of books out there about the star wars universe. Must buy for any fan. A little short. Enough said. :)

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A great animated bridge between Episodes I & II
This is a wonderful telling of what took place in the Star Wars saga between Episode II - Attack of the Clones and Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. Very enjoyable.
