MYSTERIOUSLY SEXY
I REMEMBER FIRST SEEING THIS MOVIE, AS A TEENAGER, WITH MY VERY MUCH YOUNGER COUSIN. WE THOUGHT THIS MOVIE WAS HOT AND WITH NASTY SCENES, BUT OF COURSE, WE WERE TEENS BACK THEN, BUT OF COURSE WE ENJOYED THE NASTY SCENES AND WE GIGGLED, WHEN WE ALMOST SEEN RICHARD TYSON MANHOOD(SMILE)!!!

Very interesting movie
I watched this movie and knew nothing about it's director or writer. I did like this movie and also liked the plot that it offered as well. I thought that the actors delivered a very believable charactors and the story was interesting. What I did find disappointing was the information that I found on the net about the full screen verses the wide screen version. In the full screen version they edit out the "male nudity" of Richard Tyson but don't edit out the "female nudity" of Sherilyn Fenn. I don't have a problem with female nudity and how it is presented. What I do have a problem with is when they edit out the male nudity for no reason other than to make the screen smaller. I will recommend this movie, but purchase the widescreen to actually see this movie the way it was meant to be.

Disappointed
Two Moon Junction is the story of a woman who dismisses the comforts of her family's riches and wealth to follow her obsession with a carnival rogue. Following those obsessions, she engages in a steamy, passionate affair with this man. Surrounding this affair is her grandmother, and the matriarch of the family is not happy with her granddaughter's selection in lovers. She plots with the local sheriff to stop the affair and save her family's reputation.
The plot of this story is simple and plausible, but the acting left a lot to be desired, and appeared to be more on the level of an overrated "B" movie. The steamy/ passionate sex scenes were just that...exciting, steamy and seductive, at least until our leading man opened his mouth. His views of their affair along with his arrogant, cocky attitude sliced through any romance in this story, and dropped it's rating to something slightly above a stag party flick.

Two Moon Junction - Guilty-Pleasure List Worthy
This one is on my guilty-pleasure list. It's a soft-core romance/drama, 1988, starring Sherilyn Fenn (Twin Peaks fame) and Richard Tyson (the dad in Kindergarten cop). Sherilyn plays a southern belle from a wealthy family, engaged to Martin Hewitt - hmm, I'm remembering him with Brooke Shields in Endless Love with the same-named theme song - the approved rich boy. She winds up having a torrid fling with Richard and ultimately has to choose between what is right for her heart, or maybe just loins, and what her family has endorsed. Her grandmother is played by Louise Fletcher (an older, sophisticated and very platinum Nurse Ratchet from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest!). Burl Ives is the Sheriff assigned to break up the lovers. Kristy McNichol is all grown up and makes an appearance vying for Richard's attention too.
Shall we add more obstacles to Sherilyn's interest in Richard and her family's disapproval? Well, sure...he's a CARNEY. Let's add Herve Villechaize to the carnival craziness, and no, I'm not kidding. I figure the next time I watch this movie he'll finally reward me with a familiar cry of "the plane! the plane!"
Okay, it's definitely a chick flick but the soft-core factor will hold your attention as well, gentlemen. The bachelor and bachelorette parties are...well...fun.

...hahahahahha, boy what a retarded movie! This is the stupidest thing ever...what's that music? Everytime it go's in-sync with what the actors are doing it's so emberessingly bad I cant believe anyone would take it seriously. See the second one if you must...melinda clarke is hotter than shirlyn finn. :p
