Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Rule #76: No excuses. Play like a champion!
2005's Wedding Crashers is a 'so-wrong-it's-funny' film starring Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson.

Two best friends since childhood who enjoy in the same hobby of, well.... crashing weddings of course!

I can't say much for the morality of the film, but Vince Vaughn delivers his usual witty banter and Owen Wilson holds his own as well. Not to mention Will Ferrell's short appearance as Chaz, the boys' wedding crasher mentor.

"Guys, the real enemy here, is the institution of marriage, it unrealistic, it's crazy!"

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Sorry, just not that funny
Most seemed to think this was "hilarious." I'm mystified. I never laughed once. What's wrong with me? I mean, this isn't even the slightest bit funny. To me. Probably not to Owen Wilson either, since he attempted suicide after filming it. The extra of the first preview audience howling at the football scene is beyond my comprehension. Must have been group think, or mindwashing. It's also at least 15-20 mins too long. Boys get girls in the end. Are you surprised? Are you belly laughing?

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Good, non-clean fun
Wedding Crashers is fun, and funny, and slightly romantic. I liked it, except for the fourth fifth (if that makes sense) of the film, which was a little too sad for a comedy. Otherwise, a diamond in the rough of R-rated comedies.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - IT'S ONLY ME, BUT:
NOT MU CUP OF TEA. DON'T LIKE VINCE VAUGN. TO IMMATURE IDIOT GUS ON THE PROWL. OWEN WILSON CUTENESS IS NOT ENOUGH TO CARRY THE SHOW. JM

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Favorite Movie
This movie is a classic modern comedy .. .definitely one of my favorites. Filled with hilarious lines and situations, Wedding Crashers will be sure to keep you laughing.

Java Entrepreneur

Sun Microsystems has announced plans to cut between 5,000 and 6,000 jobs — that's between 15 and 18 percent of its workforce.

"It blamed the cuts on the global economic downturn, but I think that like many other companies, Sun is using the downturn as an excuse for what were pre-existing problems, foretold by its stock price, which seems to be in an unending swoon," suggests GigaOM's Om Malik.

"How much has Sun spent to develop Solaris or Java?" asks InfoWorld's Neil McAllister. "How much must it continue to invest in maintaining other products, which, despite being open source, have no appreciable development community? To say these products are not loss leaders suggests something akin to Hollywood accounting."

The answer? "Spin off Java," McAllister added in a later post. "Just get rid of it — farm it out to an industry consortium and let the companies that depend upon it manage it..."
